Tangzhong:
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp bread flour

1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
350g bread flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cream
1 egg
2 tbsp butter (at room temperature)

Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
