Holiday Salad with Turkey, Pecans, Pomegranate, Figs, Goat Chees


a few ounces of Mixed Salad Greens per serving
a few ounces your favorite toasted Nuts (we love pecans, walnuts and hazelnuts)
a few ounces sliced Dried Figs (raisins and other dried fruits great too)
fresh Pomegranate Arils (seeds)
leftover shredded Turkey (or any protein you have handy)
squeeze of Lemon
splash of Olive Oil
dash of Sea Salt
dash of Cracked Black Pepper
Goat Cheese (or your favorite cheese)
