Holiday Surprise Punch

Ingredients: 

Maraschino cherries
2 liters ginger ale
46 oz pineapple juice
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 tsp peppermint extract

  1. Place one cherry in each cube of an ice tray and fill with ginger ale
  2. Freeze overnight
  3. Combine chilled juices in punch bowl
  4. Add peppermint extract
  5. Stir
  6. Add ginger ale ice cubes to each glass
