6 Eggs
3 Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedges
3.5 oz. Canadian Bacon (I used a package of Hormel Canadian Bacon Pizza Slices)
1/4 Cup Salsa
3 Mushrooms (I used Baby Bellas)
Salt and Pepper to taste
(2 Tbs. Peace and Love )
