can be used in place of commercial egg substitue and is cheaper

Ingredients: 

6 egg whites
1/4cup nonfat powdwered milk
1 TB cooking oil
few drops of yellow food coloring if desired


  1. combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. stores in fridge forĀ  week, freezes well
  3. 1/4 cup equels 1 whole egg
