Homemade Pita Pocket Bread

Notes: 

* Store in an air tight bag for a few days in the fridge or in the freezer for longer storage.

* To Thaw: I wrapped mine in a paper towel and hit defrost on the microwave. Tammy suggests wrapping them in a damp towel and then wrapping them in foil. Place in a warm (200-250 degree) oven for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients: 

1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
