½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 lemon, juiced (I use this handy juicer)
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 TB whole milk plain yogurt (good-quality store bought or homemade). Real yogurt contains "active live cultures." The cultures in the yogurt provide the probiotic boost.
2 tsp dijon mustard
1½ tsp red wine vinegar
1 head of romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
½ cup halved grape tomatoes
⅓ cup (or more) shredded or shaved (your choice) parmesan cheese
Probiotic Caesar Salad Dressing (see recipe above)
4 chicken thighs (I use thighs with skin and bones for added flavor. Remember to save the bones for homemade broth.)
1 TB butter
