6-8 chicken thighs, regular or skinless boneless.
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup honey
6 cloves of garlic
2' mined ginger
2 teaspoons basil
Lay chicken thighs into the bottom of a crock-pot.
Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and basil together in a bowl; pour over the chicken.
Cook on Low for 4-6 hours.
Remove chicken from sauce and thicken with cornstarch if you like. Remove excess fat if cooking with skin on.
Serve over white rice.
