Honey-Garlic-Ginger Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

Notes:

We doctored this up a little from the original but it's a keeper. If you uses bone in/skin on chicken thighs you'll need to remove the excess fat if you want to thicken the sauce.

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup honey
6 cloves of garlic
2' mined ginger
2 teaspoons basil

Lay chicken thighs into the bottom of a crock-pot.

Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and basil together in a bowl; pour over the chicken.
