1/3 cup bevel margarine
2 large garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp chopped pitted Kalamata olives
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Using serrated knife slice bread into 3/4" slices almost all the way through keeping loaf like a fan intact
In bowl, combine margarine, garlic, parsley and oregano
Spread on one side of each bread slice and place loaf on baking sheet
Sprinkle olives and cheese in slices
Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy
