Then choose something to infuse it with. Ideas include loose tea, herbs (basil, rosemary, lavender), or seasonal fruits and vegetables (cherries, cucumbers). If you're going the fruit-vegetable route, remove all stems, pits, and skins, and cut what's left into pieces.
Throw everything together into a jar or an infusion bottle. Let it sit for anywhere from 12 hours to a week or more, depending on what you're using. The best way to tell if it's done? Taste it.
When it's got the flavor you want, strain the concoction and store the spirit in its original bottle.
