Irish Cream Filled Doughnuts

Ingredients: 

2 1/2 teas active dry yeast (1 small package)
2/3 cup milk, at room temperature
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar, divided
2 teas salt
3 eggs
7 tbs unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into small cubes
Canola oil, for frying

For the Irish Cream Filling:

2 tbs Irish cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbs sugar
