Tortillas wraps
MARINADE
1/2 cup jäger
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup salt
2 lemons - zest only
2 limes - zest only
3-6 garlic cloves
1 cup extra virgin oil
Parsley leaves chopped
Thyme chopped
AIOLI
1 oz roasted garlic
1/2 tub mayo
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
Pitta Or Flat Bread
1. Cut chicken into cubes
2. For the marinade whisk all ingedients in a bowl and add the cubes to it! Leaving over night to absorb the flavours
3. Prepare the Aioli by roasting the peeled garlic cloves. Once they are done place in a small bowl and mash well while folding in the mayo. Make sure to slowly add the other ingredients slowing continually folding in.
4. Best to be BBQ but oven will do, also include the flat bread or Pitts 5 minutes from end as well as the wraps
