2-3 T. butter
1 1/2 c. cooked rice - cooled
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
canned or fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. soy sauce
Beat eggs with no milk and scramble in butter; take out of pan.
Saute chopped vegetables and mushrooms in more butter with chopped meat. Add rice and cooked eggs; no salt.
Add soy sauce and heat through.
