150 g hochwertige weisse Schokolade bzw. Kuvertüre (die billige grieselt schnell)
50 g Dinkelpops

dunkle Schicht

50 g Butter
2 EL heller Honig (bei mir: Akazienhonig), oder heller Sirup
125 g halbbittere Schokolade oder Kuvertüre
1 gehäufter EL Instant-Espresso-Pulver
80 g Dinkelpops

ausserdem

1 Backform, ungefähr 20 x 20 cm
Backpapier. Butterschmalz, zum Fetten der Form
