Ingredients: 

4 cups sugar
4 cups water
1 oz instant coffee dry
1 whole vanilla bean
3 cups good quality vodka
1 1/2 cups good brandy

  1. boil water, sugar and vanilla untlil suger is dissolved.5 minutes, remove bean 
  2. cool and add alcohol.let sit for 6 weeks
