Ingredients: 

Fennel Seed ½ tablespoon
Aniseed ½ tablespoon
Shahi Jeera (Black Cumin Seeds) 2 tablespoons
Mace 3 leafs
Black Cardamom seeds 3 tablespoon
Green Cardamom seeds ½ tablespoon
Cinnamon sticks 3"x¼" size 3 sticks
- use 'Cassia' bark if available for stronger aroma.
Whole cloves 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg ¼ of an average size nutmeg
Cumin seeds 1½ tablespoon
Black Peppercorns 2 tablespoons - use Tellicherry pepper for best flavor.
