Ingredients: 

3 pounds (about 1.5 kg) of chicken chunks
1tsp salt
1tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup potato starch powder
1/4 flour
1/4 cup sweet rice flour
1 egg
1tsp baking soda
6-7 cups canola oil (or vegetable oil)
-the sauce-
4 cloves garlic
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 hot pepper paste
1/3 cup rice syrup
1 tbsp apple vinegar
roasted sesame seeds
