Korean Roast Chicken Thighs

This is really flavorful and even better cooked on a grill! We serve it over Jasmine rice and with a reduced sauce made from the marinade. Here's another idea use skinless boneless thigh meat and cut into strips and skewer, then grill!

Ingredients: 

6 chicken thighs, skin on
1/2 cup soy sauce
4-6 minced green onions
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons honey
3 cloves minced garlic
1" minced fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Korean Red Pepper Flakes


Directions:

1) Mix ingredieants together and put into a zip lock bag with chicken thighs.

2) Marinade at least 1 hour ideally overnight.

3) Bake at 350 on baking rack in a roasting pan for 20 minutes then turn overand finish after another 20 minutes. To ensure a crisp skin. Or grill on the BBQ!

4) Take reserved marinade and reduce with a teasponn of corn starch on the stove for a great sauce.

5) Drizzle sauce over chicken and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, Serve over jasmine rice.

Unbelievably Delicious, don't forget the pepper flakes, if it's not spicy it's not Korean!!

3 tablespoons honey
