2) Marinade at least 1 hour ideally overnight.
3) Bake at 350 on baking rack in a roasting pan for 20 minutes then turn overand finish after another 20 minutes. To ensure a crisp skin. Or grill on the BBQ!
4) Take reserved marinade and reduce with a teasponn of corn starch on the stove for a great sauce.
5) Drizzle sauce over chicken and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, Serve over jasmine rice.
