Kung Pao Broccoli

Ingredients: 

Equal parts (ie. 1T per head of broccoli)
1T hoisin sauce
1T rice wine vinegar
1T soy sauce

1t cornstarch
1/2 C cold water or veg broth

Ginger
Garlic
1/2 Onion
1 head Broccoli

1t Oil


Mix hoisin, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar with cold water and cornstarch.

Sauté onion, garlic and ginger.

Sauté broccoli, then add sauce mix.
