Kung pao chicken

Ingredients: 

Chicken breasts
Soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Corn starch
Green onions
Peanuts
Red chillis
Brown sugar
Rice vinegar
5-6 garlic cloves chopped.


  1. Cut breasts into cubes
  2. Add some salt and dark soy sauce to the chicken. Put aside for 10 min.
  3. chop up green onions.
  4. In a bowl, make the sauce by mixing: soy sauce, dark soy sauce, 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar, ginger garlic paste, rice vinegar, salt, some oyster sauce(optional)
  5. to the marinated chicken, throw in some corn starch, toss, and then stir fry the chicken pieces till browned in oil.
  6. Once browned, add the chopped garlic.
  7. Add half of the green onions.
  8. and red chillis. Add some ginger garlic.
  9. Add peanuts
  10.  Throw in the sauce. 
  11. Cover for a few minutes.
