it says to use parchment paper but I find that harder because the batter is thick, these do not tend to stick all that much, simple cooking spray should be fine
3/4 C flour
3/4 C sugar
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon of Lemon juice
zest from 1/2 of a lemon
Lemon Glaze:
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 T lemon juice
zest from 1/2 lemon
