1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 lemon, zested
11oz white chocolate morsels (I use Ghirardelli)
