Lemon Dill Jasmine Rice

Notes: 

We love to eat this as a side dish to pretty much anything. We love it with the Balsamic Pork Tenderloin or with salmon. Oh, it makes me want to eat some right now! It really is so, so tasty!

Ingredients: 

1 cup long grain Jasmine rice
1 3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
