1 Cup Nutritional Yeast (flaked)
2 Cloves Garlic (Grated)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
1 tsp Dried Sage
4 Tbsp. Ground Flax
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Water
