Light rye bread recipe

300 g (10½ oz) rye flour
100 g (3½ oz) strong white (bread) flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp caster sugar
1 sachet easy-blend dried yeast, about 7 g
2 tsp caraway seeds
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
200 ml (7 fl oz) tepid water
