Liz’s Banana Bread

Ingredients: 

265g ( 1 ¾ cups) self raising flour
40g ( ¼ cup) plain flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
140g ( 2/3 cup, firmly packed ) brown sugar
125ml skim milk
50 g butter, melted, cooled
2 overripe medium bananas, mashed


  1. Sift dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon). Add sugar
  2. Mix wet ingredients (i.e everything else) then combine with drys.
  3. Bake for 45-50mins at 180 degrees.
