Low Carb FatHead Crackers

Notes: 

Nutrition facts for the entire recipe = 24g total carbs with 9.6g fibre = 14.4.g net carbs. Everyone will make differently sized crackers. To calculate how many carbs are in YOUR batch, simply divide the 24g total (or 14.4g net) carbs by how many crackers you make.

Ingredients: 

1 3/4 cups shredded/grated cheese mozzarella is the best or Edam/mild cheese
3/4 cups almond meal/flour or 1/4 c. coconut flour
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 egg
salt to taste to taste
1/2 tsp flavourings of choice optional
Garlic
Onion
Chilli
Basil
Taco seasoning
Top with parmesan for the final few minutes
