Macayo's Spinach con Queso Dip

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup Yellow onions, finely diced
1.5 oz. Fresh jalapenos, diced
1/2 lb. Fresh tomatoes, diced
2, 7-oz. cans Macayo Diced green chiles, rinsed and drained
1 lb. frozen spinach mix, thawed and drained
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
4 oz. Cream cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup Milk
Salt and ground pepper, to taste
