1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbs cornstarch
2 tbs Worcestershire
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry ginger (or 1" grated fresh)
1/2 tsp mustard powder
8 oz can of pineapple tidbits (optional)
Cut chicken into 1" cubes, season with salt and pepper and coat in corn starch and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Fry in oil with a bit of oil do not deep fry. Set aside chicken and pre cook vegtables, set aside.
mix remaining ingrediants togetehr and bring to a boil, thicken with cornstarch and toss tiht Chciken and meat.
