Für den Biskuit (Tasse = eine ganz normale kleine Kaffeetasse mit ~150 ml Inhalt):

4 Eier
3/4 Tasse Sonnenblumenöl
2 Tassen Zucker
1 Pck. Vanillezucker
3 Tassen Mehl
1 Pck. Backpulver
1 Tasse Mineralwasser

Für den Belag:

5 Dosen Mandarin-Orangen
2 Pck. Tortenguss, klar
500 ml Sahne (alternativ: Cremefine zum Schlagen)
2 Pck. Vanillezucker
2 Pck. Sahnesteif (alternativ: 4 TL san-apart)
2 Becher Schmand
3 EL Zucker
1 TL Zimt
