2 cups whole milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup corn starch, plus another 3 tablespoons, separated
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
1 1/2 cups FAGE Total Greek yogurt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more, to taste)
