2 tablespoons cornmeal
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large vine rippened tomatoes sliced or 8 Roma tomatoes, sliced
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
10 fresh basil leaves, washed, dried, torn into small pieces
1/2 cup Parmesan Romano cheese blend
1 cup shredded Jack cheese

Directions
  1. Prepare dough through step 4. keeprecipes.com/recipe/howtocook/pizza-crust-king-arthur
  2. Stir together olive oil, garlic, and salt; toss with tomatoes, and allow to stand at least 15 minutes to overnight in refridgerator.
  3. Lightly grease the 16 inch pizza pan. Sprinkle pan with cornmeal. Place the dough in the prepared pan. Press it over the bottom of the pan, stretching it towards the edges. Allow the dough to rise, covered, till it's noticeably puffy, about 60 minutes. Towards the end of the rising time, preheat the oven to 400°F.
  4. Brush each pizza crust with some of the tomato marinade. Sprinkle the pizzas evenly with Mozzarella cheese, Jack cheese, and half of ( 1/4 cup) Parmesan Romano cheese blend., Arrange tomatoes overtop, then sprinkle with 1/2 of shredded basil, and remaining (1/4 cup) Parmesan Romano cheese. Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of remaining tomato marinade over top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown, about 18 - 22 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining basil over top. Let rest for 3 mimutes then slice and serve.
