1-1/2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1-3/4 cups (420 ml) lukewarm water, about 105° F/41° C
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (or milk)
