Ingredients: 

1 carrot, sliced
1 (400g) tin kidney beans
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
450g (16 oz) salsa
100g (4 oz) dried breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons wholemeal flour
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 pinch chilli powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
