1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken skinless chicken breast
2 T olive oil
2 t chili powder
2 T lime juice
3 bell peppers sliced
2 Italian frying peppers sliced
1 large red onion sliced
1 medium zucchini cut lengthwise and sliced
2 cloves garlic chopped
12 taco shells heated
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In bowl combine 1 T oil, 1 t chili powder and 1 T Lime juice. Brush oil mixtur evenly over chicken. Let sit 15 min. to marinate.
