Mexican Corn Salad

2 cups corn kernels (Fresh or Frozen)
1/4 cup red pepper, diced (1/2 a pepper)
1/4 cup green pepper, diced (1/2 a pepper)
1 tomato, diced
4 Tbs. red onion, diced
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. lime juice
1 Tbs. cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. each, salt and pepper

  1. Combine
  2. Refridgerate
