Milk Bubble Tea

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup (75 g) dried tapioca pearls (can be purchased at Asian markets & bubble tea vendors)
1 – 2 tea bags of your favourite tea (we used green) + 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water
1/2 cup (100 g) Redpath Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
dairy or non-dairy milk (use as much or as little as you like, depending on how milky you like your tea
