Mom's Homemade Hot Pockets

Notes: 

Serving Size: 2 cans of 8 biscuits make 8 hot pockets
To cook chicken
Place the chicken in a saucepan large enough to hold the chicken pieces comfortably. Add enough water to cover the chicken. Bring to boiling on medium-high heat; reduce the heat. Cover the pan and simmer until the chicken is no longer pink, about 30 min. Let cool. Remove chicken from bone. Dice into small pieces.

Ingredients: 

2 cans Buttermilk biscuits (tubes in refrigerated section, you need 2 biscuits to make 1 hot pocket)
2 cups cooked chicken ( See note to cook chicken)
1 10 oz pkg frozen Broccoli & Cheese Sauce
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
or
3/4 pound sliced deli roast beef
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
or
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 pkg pepperoni
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
or
3/4 pound deli sliced ham
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
