Mushroom Chicken Pasta

Notes: 

Flavored with our Ranch seasoning would also be great with Tony Chariers or Slap Yo Mama:s seasonings. Also you could add asparagus or peas, get creative.

Ingredients: 

2 chicken breasts or 4 thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sliced mushrooms or frozen
5 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
9 oz fuselli pasta


Cube chicken into bite size pieces. Brown chicken in a sauce pan, salt and pepper to taste, add 1 teaspoon paprika. Do not drain fat.

Add soup, mushrooms and seasoning. Then add half a block of cream cheese,melt thoroughly. Add additional milk until you get a sauce like consistency.

Cook 8 oz pasta, drain. Pour sauce over pasta and mix well.
