No-Knead Pizza Dough

Notes: 

Suggested cooking method: Bake it at 450f until it's browned to your liking - about 15 min. Make ahead - rising time is several hours.

Ingredients: 

3 3/4 c (500 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 t active dry yeast
1 1/2 t kosher salt
1 1/2 c lukewarm water (be sure not to use really hot water as that will kill the yeast)
