Ingredients: 

2 cups almonds, toasted
1 cup pistachios, toasted
1/2 cup cranberry
2 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons corn syrup
9 tablespoons water
1 3/4 cups honey
1/3 cup egg whites (or 1 1/2 whites)
Cornstarch, for dusting

= SOFT =
200 g raw almonds
100g orange peels
confectionery rice paper
500 g sugar
50 g liquid glucose
100 ml water (*or 50ml water + 50ml milk*)
450 g orange blossom honey
3 eggwhites
200 g pistachios
60 g marasche cherries (Italian cherries in syrup), or glacé cherries if unavailable
100 g white chocolate
