Nutty Breakfast Hash

Ingredients

    • 1/2- 1 cup blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and/or strawberries
    • 1 Tbsp dried shredded unsweetened coconut  (if using coconut milk, otherwise use ¼ cup)
    • ¼ cup walnuts, pecans or almonds
    • 1/2 scoop Mila (Chia Seed)
    • 1 cup of almond milk OR ½- cup of coconut milk

Directions

  1. Mix together and serve
  2.  

Tips / Substitutes:  Can add cinnamon and a sprinkle of Arbonne vanilla protein powder to sweeten. 1/2 a banana if you having it before or after a workout.Servings:
