3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
1-1/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Powdered sugar if needed
