Orecchiette with Chickpea and Broccolini (The Cook and the Chef)

Ingredients: 

¾ cup chickpeas, cooked (new season if you can get them)
50g walnuts or pine nuts, roasted
1 cup dried orecchiette
1 bunch broccolini [or rapini (wild turnip)], blanched
1 cup sourdough (or walnut bread) breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, finely sliced
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (evoo) for frying and extra for drizzle
120g goats cheese or fetta, crumbled
Lemon juice
