Whenever I prepare paneer bhurji, I reserve a little and use it as a filling for this sandwich and paneer Dosa too. Even this paneer masala can be refrigerated for 2 days and always I use homemade paneer, so the filling was moist for 3 to 4 hours. 200 Gram Paneer
1 Small Onion
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Capsicum
2 tbsp Carrot
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt As Required
Bread Slices As Required
Butter (As needed for toasting)

To Temper

1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
