PASTA W/ PANCETTA & LEEKS

Ingredients: 

12 oz pasta, cooked al dente
1/2 c reserved pasta water (if needed)
3 oz pancetta, chopped
3 whole leeks, trimmed, peeled & thinly sliced
1 Tbl butter
1/2 c dry white wine
1/2 c heavy cream
S&P to taste
Parmesan cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese for garnish (shaved w/ veggie peeler)
