PB & J Crepe

Ingredients: 

1/2 Cup Egg Whites
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein
Stevia/Splenda to taste

Filling: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese mixed with .25 tablespoon PB and some sugar free jelly.


  1. Pour the crepe batter in the pan and fill with the PB & J filling.
  2. Fold over and enjoy.
  3. Awesome with PB Capella drops as another option!
