4 catfish fillets (6-8 oz ea)
2 T honey mustard
1 C pecans
Line a rimmed baking pan with nonstick foil.
Finely chop pecans; spread on a sheet of wax paper. Put honey mustard in small cup; stir in 2 tsp water. Spread fillets with mustard mixture and press into pecans.
Bake at 450 for 10-14 min until pecans are lightly toasted and fish is just cooked through.
