Pecan-Crusted Chicken

Chicken breast

3/4 c finely chopped pecans
2/3 c panko breadcrumbs
1 1/4 t paprika
3/4 t garlic powder
salt and pepper

1 T Dijon mustard
1 T mayo
1/2 T honey

Oven 425. Line baking sheet with foil, top with oven safe rack and spray with cooking spray. Combine crumb mixture. Combine mayo mixture. Brush one side of chicken with mayo, press into crumbs. Brush top side with mayo, turn and press into crumbs. Place on rack, bake 20 min. (cover with foil if pecans are browning)
